Welcome to my portfolio page. The following projects are brief samples of work I conducted in the past and is only a small sampling of the topics I have worked on. Much of the material I have produced has covered products and services that have been considered confidential and proprietary. As such, these topics on this page are largely generic in nature or outdated content from current products and services.

Compliance Training: Information and Cyber Security Awareness

Phishing Remediation Training
This training was developed as both an Instructor-Led training session coupled with a LMS based Knowledge Check assessment. The course was mandated to all staff members who failed multiple internal phishing campaigns showing a need for enhanced instruction and training for the correction of the behaviors making them susceptible to phishing attacks.

The following participant guides were used for internal Instructor Led training sessions that I facilitated and developed as part of Merchant LInk's "Passport to Learning" program.
Technical User Guides
The following guides detail two versions of Merchant Link's Intranet. The first (version 4.0) details a fully custom coded intranet site and it's features which i coded from the ground up, The second (MerLin on SharePoint) details the migration of our custom MerLin site to SharePoint in 2014. Many additional features were developed here since but are not detailed. The final document details a pre-SharePoint application on the Intranet that was developed but never QA tested or deployed and is a rough draft copy of the guide and overview.
Customer Facing User Guide
The following is a customer facing, Flash-based user guide detailing a now-obsolete version of reporting tools for Merchant Link. There is a short 1 minute intro (which cannot be skipped) which then leads to a branched set of topics for the end user to explore and gain information on how to use the system, Be sure your volumn is set low when launching as the intro music may be loud based on user settings.
The following link leads to an early pre-relese verzion of an entirely new version of BizPortal. This HTML5 based Adobe Captivate project includes topic branching for the client. Internal versions of this were release with step by step instructions and simulations that required the staff member to repeat the steps to continue to the end of the topic.
